1 Medium Onion, Chopped
1 1/2 Cups Plain Bread Crumbs
2 Medium Cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 Cup Grated Asiago Cheese
2 Large Eggs, Lightly Beaten
16oz. Can Tomato Sauce, mix
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce with
1 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
2 Tbsp. Dried Parsley Flakes
1 lb. Ground Round
2 Tbsp. Dried Basil Leaves
1/2 lb. Ground Pork (optional)
sub. Pork with extra 1/2 lb.
Ground Chuck.
1/2 lb. Ground Veal
1/2 lb. Ground Chicken Breast
Pre-Heat Your Oven To 350
Mix all the ingredients together, except 8ozs. of
the Tomato Sauce Mix, to form a meat Loaf.
In a Meat Loaf Pan Sprayed with No-Stick Cooking
Spray, Place your Meat Loaf and Bake it for 55 min.
Then pour the remaining 8ozs. of Tomato Sauce Mix
over the top and Bake it 15 min. more. This is good
serve hot with Mash Potatoes and Carrots or cold on
sliced Peasant Bread as a sandwich with Mayo and
sliced Tomatoes.
