"Steak Pizziola that you'll love forever!"

- 2 lbs skirt steak, trimmed, cut into 5 portions
- 2 tbls. olive oil
- 1 tbls. oregano
- 3 clove garlic
- 12 jumbo pitted black olives
slice widthwise about 1/8" each
- 1 35 oz. can whole plum tomatoes with basil sliced by hand and left pulpy
- 3 ozs. red wine
- 3 pinch hot red pepper
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 2 tbs. salt for spaghetti
- salt & pepper to taste for steak pizziola
- Put 4 quarts water to boil for spaghetti.
- In separate fry pan just large enough for all the steak, heat oil on high and sear steak 3 mins. on each side. Lower heat to low, add garlic and cook till garlic gets soft about 2 mins.
- Now add wine and continue till wine is rendered to about1/2 the amount.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook till the water has boiled for the spaghetti and cook aldente.
- Pour some sauce over spaghetti and serve steak with spaghetti on the side.
